WCAEAPS warrants every engine it sells for 1 year to the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations or lack of maintenance.

This is WCAEAPS sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. WCAEAPS do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law or acts unless the manufacturer so warrants. In no event shall WCAEAPS liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and any legal actions brought against WCAEAPS shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Lewis.

WCAEAPS shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of WCAEAPS products.

To take advantage of this warranty, contact WCAEAPS by mail or email and give WCAEAPS all the details. WCAEAPS will then issue you a “Return Number,” which must be clearly posted on the outside as well as the inside of the carton. WCAEAPS will not accept any item back without this number. Proof of purchase must accompany the merchandise.

The manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications at any lime because they constantly strive to achieve better quality equipment. WCAEAPS makes every effort to ensure that WCAEAPS products meet high quality and durability standards and WCAEAPS hopes you never need to use this warranty.

This warranty covers complete engine replacement and/or failed parts replacement only. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

You must ship to WCAEAPS the engine or power system so WCAEAPS can inspect the engine for damage. If WCAEAPS does not receive the engine at WCAEAPS warehouse in Washington, State then WCAEAPS can not repair or replace the engine. The customer is responsible for bringing the engine to WCAEAPS unless WCAEAPS decides differently. Once WCAEAPS receives the engine or WCAEAPS power system, WCAEAPS will either repair or replace the engine at WCAEAPS discretion.

Proper maintenance of all WCAEAPS Products is the customers responsibility. This replacement warranty is void if the engine was run out of oil, overheated, tampered with in any way, disassembled without WCAEAPS permission or not serviced correctly.

Do not take apart an WCAEAPS engine unless instructed to do so by WCAEAPS. Only WCAEAPS authorized personal are allowed to make warranty repairs on WCAEAPS engines.

This replacement warranty applies only to WCAEAPS engines and not the Alternators or Generators that they turn. If you have any problems with the attached equipment you will need to contact the manufacture for warranty information.

WCAEAPS will not be held responsible for any damage related to engine failure.
